I worked with Scott McInnes, founder of Inspiring Change, to transform 37 policies and review and rewrite over 92,000 words for a large retailer of technology products.
I worked with Scott and the client to make the HR policies accessible, easily understood, and easy to find for all employees. Not only did we review, rewrite and transform the policies, but we provided the client with the skills and guidance to do it themselves.
By working with the client, we enabled and empowered them to understand the process of aligning their brand tone of voice to their internal and external communications and reflect their brand values.
